Founded in 1959, Aerocraft processes forgings, castings, bar, plate and rough-machined parts. Systems are Nadcap and AS9100/ISO9001:2015 certified.

Materials are processed for most of the aerospace prime contractors.

Aerocraft operates to AMSH6875, MILH6875, AMSH81200, MILH81200, ISO10012, ANSI/NCSL Z540, MILI45208, MILSTD45662, and numerous other aerospace, commercial and federal specifications.

Aerocraft operates 18 custom built, batch type, gas fired, air atmosphere furnaces with temperature ranges from 450F to 2250F, tolerances of +/-9F to +/-25F, and working zones as large as 18 ft x 20 ft x 7 ft.

Material can be water or oil quenched, fan or air-cooled.

Sub-ambient and sub-zero capabilities to -110F are also available. Straightening and forming are additional processes performed at Aerocraft.

Access to laboratory facilities for material testing needs can also be provided. Turnaround times and prices are extremely competitive, service is exceptional.
